I hate it when you hand over a bill and they don&#039;t even bother giving you your change. They just look ahead and when you ask for your change they give you this look that says, &quot;Why are you so frigging miserly?&quot;

I&#039;ve never ridden a cab in Baguio before. Now I&#039;m curious. I wonder what they&#039;ve put in their water. Maybe we can force it down the Manila cabbies&#039; throats.</description>
