She even takes down their license plate numbers and reports them. I hate it when you hand over a bill and they don't even bother giving you your change. They just look ahead and when you ask for your change they give you this look that says, "Why are you so frigging miserly?" I've never ridden a cab in Baguio before. Now I'm curious.
