Speaking of hospitals.. A “mall-like” hospital doesn’t sound bad at all.. If you think it is, try the Asian Hospital in Alabang.. It’s got that “hotel lobby” aura to it.. People unfamiliar with the place get the feeling that they should just turn around and look for a much more “homey” hospital.

I’ve seen people enter, pause, look around a bit and walk right back outside after a while. Literally.

Now I know which hospital to check into if I need surgery or something. I can’t stand the antisceptic smell of hospitals — coffee brewing along the hallways will do fine. ;)

Here in Chinatown, it’s a sacrilege to miss opportunities to make money. And the hospital is no exception.

Nothing wrong with Goldilocks, but shouldn’t hospitals put their money into saving patients rather than serving up fast food?
