		<description>Yup. I&#039;ve seen them turned on. It shows the view of the side of the railway and show the commuters. They prolly show the driver (since he doesn&#039;t have rear view mirrors) if there are still people going in or out of the train before they close the doors. Especially during rush hours. That&#039;s why sometimes it takes them a bit longer in keeping the doors open than usual to make sure the people get off from the train to their stop. ^_^

They&#039;re prolly not working anymore, if they&#039;re turned off.
