As soon as the SM Mall of Asia [3] along Bay Boulevard, off Diosdado Macapagal Ave., formally opens, D-Mac is going to be congested like hell and pretty soon, you’d be taking Roxas Boulevard and be braving Baclaran to “avoid heavy traffic” instead of the other way around.
Of course, I could always be totally wrong. :D

EDIT: I’ve just found out that the SM Mall of Asia is slated for opening [4] in February of the coming year.
Can’t wait. ;)
