Convenience store prices

Being in Makati for work makes me check out the different branches of Ministop and 7-11 in the area.
There are items that are more expensive in Ministop compared to 7-11 and vice versa.
They charge waaaay too much if you ask me. Like for a can of Coke – Php20. Thereabouts. It depends on where you are buying. And instant noodles – gah. They’re very expensive in convenience stores but I end up buying them anyway because I forgot to bring my stock (the ones I usually get from the supermarket).
But of course yuo’d end up buying them anyway. Especially when you’re hungry or craving a bar of Smores. (sinfully sweet, yes, I know)
The thing with convenience stores is that I at least find a place to sit and eat something edible after working. I mean, if there are no more fastfoods open and stuff. But now that there are a lot of fastfoods that are open til 12 or for 24 hours, you have options.
7-11 has this chili rice that I like though so I still eat there. Heheheh. And they have laing too.
