2 Explosions rock Metrowalk shopping district

Two explosions rocked the Metrowalk shopping district in Ortigas a few hours before President Arroyo declared the State of National Emergency lifted. According to Philippine National Police chief Arturo Lomibao, the explosions occured around 9:45AM in Metrowalk’s parking area. The explosion came from under a van. A second explosion then came and this one hit near the Eastern Police district. There were no reported injuries and the PNP claims they were the target of the explosion.

    a few hours after the proclamation is lifted, we get this? is this an excuse to proclaim it? AGAIN?
