Where to be in Manila when the water rises

Here’s a great way of finding out where to invest on that house or condo in Manila. When the sea water rises to about 7 meters, this Flood map [1] shows which areas will be submerged and which will remain above water. Luneta Park, SM Mall of Asia and even parts of the Airport will be submerged. Fort Bonifacio, Ayala and most of Quezon City remains above water.
