Three Impeachments filed against Arroyo
If anyone’s counting, today’s Impeachment case filed against Arroyo is the third suit against the President. The first case was filed by lawyer Oliver Lozano where he simply submitted the same Impeachment suit he filed last year. The second case was submitted by former Vice President Teofisto Guingona while the most recent case was filed by Caloocan bishop Deogracias Yñiguez.
