Lechon Street

Lechon on the RoadLechon is love.

I think what make these lechon taste good is the extra special ingredient the street adds to the pig. Do they wipe them clean before they sell it or are these lechon for display only?

For sanitary and health reasons, I certainly hope they’re just on display, although I’ll feel sorry for the piggies if they really just end up as mannequins to be tossed away afterwards. Even if they’re really bought and eaten, I doubt anyone will act too prissy about them. I’ve heard too many people joke about vehicle emissions giving food an extra kick.

They sell it as is! We’ve bought one from a store like this and they just wrapped it up with the world’s cleanest two week old newspaper!

No idea, actually. All I know is that this was in La Loma. Or somewhere nearby lol
