Hi Arthur,

Thank you for your comment. You'd be surprised at how some square pegs, the exceptional and highly flexible ones, fit round holes. I am proud that the complexity of my personality hasn't hindered my professional growth. I apologize if my rough edges cut your sensibilities. Take care.

We always say that teachers are the unsung heroes in developing the country's human resource. Teachers are our second parents, taking on some of our parents' roles, yet, they are the most "overused" in this country and of course, under compensated, especially teachers in the public schools. They are "used" during elections, putting their lives in the forefront to defend our ballots, yet, they are not given enough support and importance as indicated by the salary rates given by the government.

The "Tribute to the Teachers" is one very important celebration, celebrating teachers' contributions to nation building.

I salute all teachers who continue to commit themselves to the development of the children, youth and adults...
