Holy and Heavenly
I miss the hopia-mani-popcorn carts, not without the vendors’ distinctive yells, because it’s so difficult nowadays to catch ‘em passing by the streets. With their (quite literally) word-of-mouth advertising it really is not so hard to give in to those sweet, pink, puffy little things.
Good thing there is Holy Kettle Corn. This very healthy variety of popcorn, priced at P60 a bag, is so addictive that the snack almost feels a sinful indulgence. But as it contains no preservatives, water, cholesterol, MSG or butter, and is hand popped fresh everyday, Holy Kettle Corn is simply a heavenly treat.
There are plenty of outlets across the city: Glorietta, UA&P, Mall of Asia, Megamall, Market! Market!, Enterprise Center, etc. For more information, visit the official website at http://www.holykettlecorn.com/.

I love Holy Kettle Corn. :) But I didn’t know that it doesn’t contain any preservatives…that makes it even cooler. :D

Hi tina! Yes, it’s healthy AND heavenly. Addictive, eh?
Masarap. Sobra. Nakakaadik!
Haha. Yes it is. It’s the perfect way to appease the folks at home when I arrive late at night. Haha. Cheers! =)
I miss those popcorn carts too. I remember when I was young, my parents would buy us pink colored popcorn and kropek after hearing sunday mass.
I agree, Holy Kettle Corn can be quite addictive. It’s the perfect movie partner. :)
I’ve never actually tried that. I think once I saw it being sold in Starbucks. Anyway, worth a try?
Hi Peter! Yes, definitely more than worth a try. Cheers! =)
