I agree that Star City is not completely liable for what happened. But it's comforting to know that Star City is making the necessary renovations on the said amusement ride in order to prevent any similar accident. The premise is, you won't fall of as long as you keep seated and lean backwards. In all the years that Starcity and Enchanted Kingdom had their river rides, this was the first fatality. I hope I'm not being insensitive but the "safety" of the ride is simply a matter of common sense.
