Doggie Attack @ The Block
Last week, I happened to be in the said place because of my so-called attempt to have a work-out. As I stepped in the escalator, I noticed that there were a lot of people gathered in the stage located in the second floor area. Being a naturally curious person (a.k.a usisera), I investigated on the matter.
As I was coming closer, I instantly realized that it was a dog show!! Yipee! A dog show. For someone who can’t afford the price and the time of taking care of these pure breed dogs, this was such a delight to me and I almost forgot my appointment.
I think that Saturday was the dog show for the “toy dogs” because most of the dogs that I saw and touched were shih tzus, pugs, poodles, and the like. They were paraded in the said stage and most of them look cute and cuddly!
Sunday proved to be more fun because it seems like the number of dogs involved doubled! I though that the dog show would only be for one day but it seems like Sunday was dedicated for the “large dogs”. There were siberian huskies, labradors, rotweillers, and a whole lot more. In the spare room near the stage, more dogs were being groomed, brushed, and sweet-talked to by their owners. Aside from that main dog show ongoing, each of the dogs (and their owners) had their mini dog-show moments. People were rushing to dog owners and asking permission to take pictures of their pets or just to touch these cute dogs.
As for me, I was late for both my gym sessions. :p
