I love the dialogue we have in the differences of american culture and philippine culture. The similarities. The differences. It's melancholy for me thinking that they are unable to visit me, but I know that while I'm there, it's the funnest time for all of us. From the jeepney driver with no front teeth to the traffic enforcer who's been baking out in the sun, somehow Manileno's never fail to give out a smile.
