Unity in a Barber Shop

[1] Sayang, I didn’t get to see what the name of this barber shop is. What caught my eye was the poster by their entrance. See that green logo on the left side? It cracked me up! Someone enlighten me please. Is this purely an election campaign poster, or are they somehow connected to the barber shop? Spotted at the SM Hypermarket near Tiendesitas.
