^[1] After getting very encouraging feedback in my previous Metroblogging post on Sisig, I decided to try one of the recommendations: Razon’s. I love Razon’s halo-halo. Now I have another to reason to love the restaurant even more. They had great sisig! No egg, no mayo, just pure pork and spices, sizzling on a pig-shaped platter. Their store poster said it’s called Pampanga’s Original Sisig (Along the Riles). Interesting, isn’t it? With a drizzle of soy sauce and hot chili sauce, Razon’s is Sisig Love!

I’ve tried Razon’s at: Jupiter Ave. (near RJ TV Bar) and near Greenhills Shopping Center.
