Bright lights, big city, that is Manila. Happy holidays everyone! This huge tree is at Rockwell, Makati City. No one can miss this humungous tree. I guess this will be up until the Feast of the Three Kings which is on the first Sunday of January 2008. Somebody correct me if I am mistaken with the date. Enjoy the season Metrobloggers! :)
‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the metro
Not a car was stirring, not one could find a parking spot
A day to go before Christmas eve and we here at Manila Metblogs wish last minute shoppers the best of luck as malls from MOA to North Edsa are packed. Forgiving of course the difficulty of finding parking in Ayala Malls – Park Square 2 in Glorietta has just closed while Trinoma’s Mindanao parking is the new “worst parking structure” in the world replacing Shang’s Edsa parking structure, here’s a top 5 list of worst mall parking structures throughout the metro.
Top 5 Worst Mall Parking Structures
5. Mall of Asia (Parking 1 and 2)
Take Bonamin before you go through this merry go round, it takes a couple of spins before you reach the first parking level.
Strolling past an arcade area at SM Megamall, my husband and I saw this amusing crane game — it was filled with Pikachus! The little yellow creatures looked so cute cramped in that little glass space. We tried our luck with the machine, but those little Pikachus were more elusive than we thought. Ah well, they were fun to look at anyway. :)

My husband and I would describe it deliciously sinful and absolutely heavenly. It was so good we got 2 orders of this. Sarap eh.

Arriving at Greenhills half an hour before an appointment, I found myself craving for something light and filling. It had to be served fast so I wouldn’t be late to my meeting. It had to be filling so my tummy wouldn’t grumble during the talk (how embarrassing would that be!). And of course, it had to be delicious so the meal wouldn’t be a waste of time.
I gravitated towards my favorite V Mall spot, the Dimsum & Dumplings Tea House. A picture of this soup on the menu board caught my eye, and so I ordered it right away. Service was fast. A hot bowl of soup was set before me quickly. That filled my first requirement — efficient service. The soup was also filling but not very heavy. Second requirement — check! And finally, was it delicious? Yes it was! Check check check! Too bad my appointment was nearing and I couldn’t slowly relish my meal. I’ll go back and order it next time! Perhaps with a side order of siomai too. :D
