Pilipinas Street Plan

Have you seen this?

The Philippine Street Art Community is “everywhere in the Philippines.” I am not going to be the judge of whether this is eye-candy or vandalism, but who wouldn’t prefer prefer this kind of graffiti over whatever kind of art the MMDA has to offer?

hm, this is not my type of art, but am sure there are people out there who like it.

in mexico naman, they painted religious images. since they are a devout catholic country, when they see the images of Jesus and Mary on the walls, they dont vandalize it, nor do they throw trash and urinate against the photo.

it works well. maybe it will work well here too :)

p.s. yes this is better than the MMDA art, but i can’t blame them for trying ;)

personally i like it. i’m for it if it’s for art and not just some random punks who tag stupid things all over the place. those are actually cute.
